Welcome to a Voice crying out.

I was born in sin. In sin, my mother conceived me. I have broken every law of GOD and I deserve the full extend of His just wrath against me. And here is my hope: I am trusting in the virtue and the merit of the only begotten Son of GOD; Jesus Christ my LORD.  Nothing in my hands I bring! Simply to the cross I cling. It is enough that Christ died for me.

I was in the Catholic religion for 25 yrs. Living a self-righteous, self- reliant life, believing that being religious or a good person could earn me favor with God. But no human being is “good enough” to earn righteousness in God’s sight. The Bible confirms that: “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Rom. 3:23). Because we all sin, it is impossible to be “right” with God based on our own merits. Our lives are so full of sins, shortcomings, and failures that the Bible says: “All of us have become like one who is unclean, and all our righteous acts are like filthy rags” (Isa. 64:6). We sin far too often to be righteous before God on our own, but we can be righteous in His sight through our faith in Jesus Christ. God says we are made right by Him or justified through faith in Christ.“‘Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: by whom we have access by faith . . .’ Since God now has justified us by faith, and not by works, we have peace with Him both in heart and conscience . . . .” Romans 5:1.

One of the greatest treasures of the Gospel is that our standing before God is not based on anything we have accomplished, offered or worked towards but rather on the work He has accomplished on our behalf through Jesus on the Cross. God’s pursuit of us in Jesus is such that He buried the wealth of His glory in the mess of our sin so that we who were buried in the mess of our sin could be raised to the riches of His glory. We had nothing to offer, and He had everything to give.

My sin stood in the way of a relationship with Him.  Realizing by God’s amazing grace that Jesus paid for ALL of my sins while reading  Philippians 2:3-11 , I fell to the floor and cried out for God to save me, that day on Feb.17, 1997. By faith in Christ, I turned from my sin and put my complete trust in Jesus alone to save me. I live for Him now and depend upon His grace to sustain me everyday. A year or so after my conversion, I meet my beloved husband Michael, who is a pastor at our church Clearcreek Chapel .We have been blessed with two girls (13 & 12) and two boys  (8 & 9). God has been so gracious to us and continues to give us grace as we serve Him and raise our family. I enjoy homeschooling, cooking, reading and long distance running .

The Blog

My mission for this blog is to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
May it serve as a reminder to the Redeemed to preach the Gospel to yourself every day and to the Seeker that you would see your greatest need is a Savior, repent of your sins and trust in Christ Jesus who suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, that He might BRING US TO GOD. 1 Peter 3:18

My passion is to spread the Good News of the Gospel. What is the Good News? The Bible says, God created all that exists including man. Man rebelled against God through disobedience that resulted in separation from God. But God sent His Son into the world, as a man who lived a life without sin, and died as a sacrifice and substitute in the place of His people. Three days later he rose from the dead to show victory over sin and death, and ascended back into Heaven and one day He will return and judge the world. This work of salvation is a gift from the Lord and comes by repentance and faith.(Eph 2:8-9) What Good News! Please watch the video below to see what the grace of God is all about.
